About Us
Enchantée! We are Martijn & Annemarie, initiators and owners of La Vallée des Elements!
We're both from the Netherlands, where we met, fell in love and got married. Together we're raising our 8-year-old son Beau and 13-year-old twins Belle & Dex. Martijn is a passionate eventorganiser and Annemarie successfully completed hotel management school and works as a trainer, coach and retreat organizer. Together we dreamt of the perfect place abroad.
And OUI! We found it in La Vallée des Elements! An ideal place to relax in so many ways:Families, couples and friends are welcome to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. During high season we serve table d'hôtes, bread service and BBQ's. Short walking & bicycle breaks are great for those who wish to discover Burgundy life. Or organise your perfect holiday, family weekend or tailor made yoga week(end) and retreat for groups or a group of friends. Companies are welcome both for Leadership Journeys and for team building sessions. We can put together a program to suit your needs.
We chose not to run the domaine ourselves permanently, but to give other couples the opportunity to have the experience to run a domaine. Each year we select a qualified couple who can contribute something extra to the experience for our guests on the domaine. Perhaps even better than ourselves :)
In season 2025 we will present another warm and very experienced hosting couple for your perfect vacation or break out.
